Poor, Confused Stormy

This started as a warm-up sketch, but it turned out so cute, I had to vector it.

This is my OC Stormy Bluff. He is a pegasi with no real back story mainly because he lacks the ability to remember it. You see, he suffers from Amnesia and Short Term memory loss. Don't feel sorry for him, though! He lives happily through every minute of his life, regardless of not knowing where he is or who he is currently with.
